This week I am heading to Oklahoma to meet Devon CEO Rick Muncrief and then Houston to bid farewell to outgoing ConocoPhillips COO Matt Fox. Noted: $PLUG – has said it will restate financials within a couple of months of a major stock offering of 28m shares at $65 per share around January 29, 2021. Not good, unless you are a lawyer.
